Ninety-seven percent (97.00%- Full refund less the original transaction fee) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
We understand situations occur. If you need to cancel within the partial or no refund period, we will refund whatever days we can get rebooked.
The cancellation policy applies to rescheduled bookings. If you need to reschedule, do so prior to 14 days of arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
Yes we do. Travel insurance is optional, but we highly recommend purchasing it. It is important to know that without travel insurance, refunds are not given due to such circumstances as weather related issues, red tide, pandemics, etc.. During the booking process you will be provided the option to purchase "Standard</a >" or "Cancel For Any Reason</a >" Travel Insurance with carrier Nationwide Insurance. Be sure to read and understand the coverages to see what may work for you.
Check-in is after 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is before 10:00 am on the day of your departure.
You will not need to check-in or check-out at an office. All of our properties have key-less locks. Access codes for the property will be provided via text message, as soon as your accommodations are ready, on the day of your arrival and prior to check-in time. You can arrive any time, day or night.
