Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

When he isn't using it himself, he is encouraging others to soak up the lake life by sharing his beautiful lakehouse. Our property features a private dock - perfect for swimming, launching kayaks, or to tie your boat up during your stay. There is a fire ring between the house and the lake shore for campfires.
A couple of highlights on tips:
+ BYO Life Vests to ensure proper fitting and cleanliness. We do not supply life vests.
+ BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels but do not provide beach towels for the lake.
