Pets must be reported. $50/pet, per stay. Dogs only. Max 2. Security camera on site. If evidence of an unreported pet you may be charged an additional fee.
Basic checkout procedures are appreciated: start a load of used towels and wash dishes before you leave.
There are a total of 4 cabins on the 35 acres. They are spread far apart but please be aware there will be other guests on property.
Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals is a professional property management entity, requiring a signed renter's agreement and a security deposit hold of $300 for every reservation. This practice is implemented to draw discerning guests, enabling us to concentrate on delivering a top-notch, 5-star experience.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
