Do you have a COVID cancellation policy?
No. Our cancellation policy is the same regardless of the reason. We offer an optional “cancel for any reason” insurance policy at checkout. Please purchase this insurance policy if you feel you may need to make a last-minute cancellation.
Can I make a last minute reschedule instead of cancelling?
No. It is very difficult to fill last minute bookings. It is the same as the cancellation policy. However, we are happy to refund any dates we can get rebooked.
