PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guest are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation.
TIGHT STAIRWELL: The stairwell and main hallway to bathrooms are tight. Due to the design of the house, the A-Frame slant goes into the stairs- please watch your melon!
SECURITY DEPOSIT: this property has a $500 security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
