A rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold is required (just like a hotel).
Absolutely no hunting on owner's land- violators will be prosecuted. We can provide hunting locations within walking distance.
Absolutely no trespassing on private land- neighbors will prosecute.
No Pets. Ring camera on site. If evidence of a pet you may be charged an additional fee and/or asked to leave.
Basic checkout procedures are appreciated: start a load of used towels and start the dishwasher before you go.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
