Know Before You Go: 

Check in is after 3 PM. Check out is before 10 AM.
Pet Policy: Absolutely no pets.  Pets are not allowed at this property. If guest are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation.
Parking: The garage is not accessible. Max 4 vehicles in driveway. Additional parking is available 5 minutes away for overflow vehicles and boat trailers.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
