The Classic – Spacious 3BR Lakefront Home with Private Dock & Two Living Areas

The Classic is a comfortable lakeside retreat on Lake of Egypt with easy access to I-57 and Route 37. Perfect for families and groups, this waterfront home sleeps up to 9 with one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and three twin beds downstairs (two singles + one daybed). The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, large living area, and two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combo. Step out onto the expansive deck overlooking the water.

The lower level offers a second living room with electric fireplace, full bathroom, laundry, an extra refrigerator, and walk-out access to the covered patio. Outside, enjoy the brand-new private dock with deep water for swimming, kayaking, and boating, plus spacious decks and a shady patio. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood perfect for morning walks and lakeside relaxation.

Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guests are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels
BYO Life Vests HIGHLY encouraged to ensure proper size.
Firewood is available for purchase.
