Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our lakehouse: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
House Manual: Our house manual is 100% online.
Rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold is required after booking (just like a hotel).

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates are based on demand and season. The pricing tools we use allow us to offer the most competitive pricing for lakefront house rentals on Lake of Egypt. Rates are subject to change by the day. We require a signed renter's agreement by the guest with acknowledge of all house rules.About the Owner

Amenities
The Lookout at the Lake is ideal for fishing, kayaking and renting/bringing pontoon boats. The lake house sits in a cove which does cause duck weed to grow near the shoreline. It is not ideal to swim off the dock. There is a fire ring between the house and the lake shore for campfires.
A couple of highlights on tips:
+ BYO Life Vests to ensure proper fitting and cleanliness. We do not supply life vests.
+ BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels but do not provide beach towels for the lake.
+ Parking is tight! 3-4 vehicle MAXIMUM. ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS. If you have more vehicles or a boat trailer, we can make arrangements for parking.
