☆ A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking.
☆ Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guest are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation.
☆ Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
☆ Guests not staying overnight are welcomed. Loud, disruptive parties are not.

Shawnee Pines is located in the heart of Harrisburg, IL, owned by two local families who grew up exploring the Shawnee National Forest. Their love for Southern Illinois shines through in every detail, creating a welcoming space for guests to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the region’s trails, wineries, and small-town charm. This property is managed by Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals, a veteran-owned, woman-owned business. Allison, owner of SIVR, is an SIUC alumna and has a deep love for the hospitality industry and showcasing beautiful southern Illinois.
